These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by DeedCore LLC ("DeedCore," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

DeedCore provides AI-powered phone and messaging automation services for dental practices, including but not limited to:

• AI voice receptionist for inbound call handling
• Automated missed call text-back via SMS
• Post-appointment review request automation
• Appointment booking and calendar integration
• Performance reporting and analytics

2. SMS and Voice Communications Consent

By interacting with a dental practice that uses DeedCore's services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may receive automated SMS text messages and AI-powered voice calls related to your dental care
• Messages may include missed call follow-ups, appointment confirmations, reminders, and review requests
• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the dental practice
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
• You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message
• You may request help by replying HELP to any message
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Service may not be available on all carriers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Dental practice clients who subscribe to DeedCore's services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete practice information
• Ensure patient consent is obtained for communications as required by applicable law
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of telecommunications regulations
• Pay all fees in accordance with the selected service plan

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are as described in the applicable service agreement between DeedCore and the subscribing dental practice. All payments are processed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials provided through DeedCore's services, including AI models, workflows, and software, are the intellectual property of DeedCore LLC. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services during the term of their subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeedCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. DeedCore does not guarantee specific results including but not limited to patient acquisition, appointment bookings, or review generation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeedCore LLC, its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, DeedCore will deactivate services at the end of the current billing period and delete client-specific data within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
